Overall health and wellness, injury prevention, and self-efficacy are paramount in ATW's vision of developing the WHOLE athlete.
Strength and Conditioning
Balance, Flexibility, stamina, proper movement technique, core strength, core endurance, and core stability. Body weight exercises and resistance training. How to create and contribute to a positive environment, maintain concentration and be focused on growth and goals.
Soccer Skills
Passing, Dribbling, and navigating tight spaces. Techniques for kicking, heading, and strategically positioning and using your body. Ball mastery such as running with the ball and turning with the ball. Principles of attacking and defending. How to be comfortable and composed with the ball.
Goal Keeper training is available upon request.
Speed, Agility AND QUICKNESS
Plyometrics, how to properly shift body weight when positioning, proper running technique, footwork skills, lateral speed, vertical jumps, and overall coordination. How to pace oneself, react confidently, increase reaction time, and adapt effectively to the environment.
Custom Plans
Training sessions aimed at specific sports, positions, fitness goals, weight loss or injury prevention are available upon request. Our trainers can work with you to create a custom training plan and schedule to meet your fitness or sports performance goals, whether they are for individual, small group or team training.
